These plans transform your protocol from a static document into a living system—one that grows and adapts with you.
Concierge Membership
For Those Seeking Simplicity
1. Minor Protocol Adjustments. Minor changes and tweaks to your wellness protocol without the need for a separate consultation fee. Adjustments are made based on client feedback, health changes, or new data. These adjustments are limited to minor alterations in diet, lifestyle, and compounds, and will cover the scope only of your personalized program.
2. Feedback & Result Review. You’ll receive priority feedback on your health progress and lab analyses within 24–48 hours, ensuring that your program remains optimized at all times.
3. Ongoing Research Integration. We continually integrate new health and wellness research into your program to keep it aligned with the latest evidence-based strategies.
4. Access to Evidentia App. Gain use of Evidentia’s Health Cookbook, workout plans, and meal plans through the EverFit app to supplement your progress. Enjoy free workouts, tutorials, and tracking of dietary metrics (calories, macronutrients, etc) and exercise metrics (weights, volume, rest periods).
5. Expert Training Programs & Meal Plans. As a Concierge Member, receive access to elite workouts and meal plans at reduced pricing.
Premium Concierge
​For clients seeking more personalized support with additional consultations and real-time updates.

As a Premium Concierge Member, you gain additional access to existing workouts and meal plans that are normally sold independently. You pay nothing for these services.
5. 2x/Month 30-Minute Consultations. Bi-monthly, remote consultations to track your progress and make adjustments based on your evolving needs. These sessions provide more personalized, real-time adjustments to your program based on feedback and progress.
6. Real-Time Client Updates and Testing Feedback. Receive real-time updates on your progress, including lab testing feedback, ensuring your program is constantly evolving and optimized. I will modify your program as indicated by laboratory panels and other forms of data, including your input.
7. One Additional Module per Month. You will gain one free module per month based on your priorities, limited to program specificity. This may include a unique workout program, serious dietary shifts, compounds geared towards a distinct goal, or additional lifestyle “hacks.” Examples modules: Mitochondrial Efficiency, Post-PPI Syndrome, optimal post-workout recovery strategies, etc.
NOTE: Modules do not cover entire conditions/disease states or long-term personal training programs.
