The Full Story
Hello, friend.

I provided the clinical, specific "About Me" on the landing page, so let us use this moment to get to know one another behind the labels, the science, and the systems that comprise Evidentia.

I am a father, a husband, and a deeply spiritual man. I am a philosopher, a theologian, a historian, a researcher, a poet, and a strength athlete. As my wife would attest, I am rather restless: there is always some new pursuit that catches my interest, or labor to be done on an existing project. I wrote seven books on American history, a compilation of fairy tales, numerous poems, and am presently working on a collection of spiritual treatises exploring Christianity in what I call Christicism. If you feel like a bit of adventure, I invite you to explore them.

Strength training has always been a huge part of my life. With my troublesome birth, frequent illness, and myriad issues, strength training introduced me into a world where I had greater control over my own health. Unfortunately, like so many, I was all passion and discipline with very little technical expertise: aside from falling short of goals, I had frequent, chronic injuries that flared-up regularly. This was all prior to my massive lifestyle overhaul in 2013, the one that laid the philosophical foundations that would manifest into Evidentia twelve years later.

As I explained before, my pursuit of health and wellness was born of necessity, first for my own health, and then later for my wife. She had PCOS and endometriosis, was prediabetic, and overweight. I plied my craft to your issues...and we saw them dissolve, over time, slowly, with discipline and dedication. When she came back positive for cervical dysplasia, we handled that, also. She went from having LEEPs and frequent tests to being completely clear.

Like an observer, I watched my pre-Evidentia methods take root and produce favorable, personable outcomes.

When the time came for us to have a child, we faced many difficulties, including several miscarriages.
I can tell you: each one tore out a little piece of us. We tried fertility treatments to no avail. My health was stellar, as was hers: there was no identifiable reason for us not to conceive. But we could not, and the expenses accumulated. So we abandoned treatments and focused heavily on fertility-oriented programming, the same one that created the framework for the very program I use today.
A few months later she was pregnant.

Today I have my perfect little girl, five months old. It was her birth that catalyzed Evidentia. Looking into her wee eyes changed something in me. I was finally grown, fully mature.

And driven.

I still write fairy tales, short stories, and poems. I study theology and philosophy alongside exercise and nutritional science. My favorite go-to for relaxed listening comes down to either Ancient Aliens or Bach. And I am always experimenting with new, emergent ideas for health and wellness, including exercise performance.

The systems that I have used for more than a decade have brought me here, to this place of contentment and joy, and through Evidentia I intend on taking these precision instruments to produce happiness for my clients.

My story has a fairy tale ending, and I want you to have one, too.
